TERMS & CONDITIONS
Agreement of Service
These Terms and Conditions represent the contract between Noah's Bard Canine Excellence (NBCE) and you, the client, and therefore agree to the terms set out in this document.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and engaging in our services and programs you are confirming that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement of Service and are at least 18 years of age.
Services Offered
This agreement of service covers all services and programs offered by NBCE including but not limited to Group Classes, Training and Behaviour Consultations, Beyond Puppy School programs, Walk and Train programs, Drop and Train Dog School programs and Board and Train programs. Over time, the services provided by NBCE may change or discontinue as required.
The weather may effect our training protocols. NBCE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions if there are safety concerns. Health and safety are always a priority.
Health, Vaccinations & BehaviourAll dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations (or titre test), and proof of such will be required. If your dog is showing signs of illness, please contact NBCE as soon as possible so that we can minimise any further health risks developing, progressing or being passed on to other clients. NBCE will ensure that the dog/s has access to water during the sessions. If your dog/s requires specialised equipment (eg sunscreen) it is to be provided at the owner’s expense. Dietary requirements/restrictions must be disclosed.
Entire dogs are generally permitted in class training sessions, but if your dog does come into season (heat) please inform us.You are responsible for disclosing any behavioural issues that your dog may have to the best of your ability at the time of booking with NBCE. Without this, we cannot guarantee the best training program for your dog. NBCE has the right to refuse entry into a class or program of any dog.
During Group Classes dogs must be on leash at all times unless expressly directed otherwise. Dogs must be under control at all times, both on and off the lead. Please respect the space of those training around you as their dog may be dealing with issues you are unaware of.
In Group Classes, you are responsible for cleaning up after your dog. Appropriate disposal directions will be given at the start of the classes.
Payment for Services
Payments are to be made into the nominated bank account or other methods that may be noted on your Invoice. Payments are to be made prior to the beginning of your class or program, or at the time of the Training and Behaviour Consultation.
Cancellations, Rescheduled Sessions & Refunds
NBCE understands that things may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule we require at least 24 hours notice. If the session cannot be rescheduled and a refund is required there will be a 10% processing fee to cover administration costs. If less than 24 hours notice is given a 50% processing fee of the booking will apply. Refunds will not be granted if you have begun the program or class or if you simply change your mind.
Social & Print Media
Images and video may be taken during your time as a client of NBCE and these materials may be used for promotional and educational purposes. NBCE may use many differing forms of marketing and relinquish any claim I as the client may have with regard to the use of these materials. NBCE agrees to avoid using these materials in any way which is damaging or defamatory.
Ongoing Training
It is the responsibility of the client to continue with training in their own time. Recommendations are for at least 10 minutes a day, 6 days a week.
Limit of Liability
The client understands that NBCE will do everything within its power to avoid risks. The client agrees that the dog is still their ultimate responsibility and that the services provided by NBCE are undertaken at your own risk.
